SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Sales Representative at Forefront Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and promoting our suite of [products/services]. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new customers and expand business within existing accounts.

Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and networking.

Present, promote, and sell Forefront Group’s products/services to meet customer needs.

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on product offerings, new features, and promotions.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including prospect pipeline, leads, and conversion rates.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competition, and the unique value Forefront Group provides to customers.
REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience in sales, preferably in promotional sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (or similar sales tools).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
