SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative at Forefront Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and promoting our suite of [products/services]. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new customers and expand business within existing accounts.

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and networking.

  • Present, promote, and sell Forefront Group’s products/services to meet customer needs.

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on product offerings, new features, and promotions.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including prospect pipeline, leads, and conversion rates.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competition, and the unique value Forefront Group provides to customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in promotional sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (or similar sales tools).

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

LOCATION & SCHEDULE 

  • Located in the Midwest

  • Remote

  • Monday - Friday

  • 9am-5pm
